- T asks Ss to check – up: write the new words and read the passage in B.1

Warm- up:
T asks Ss to look at the picture and answer the question.
T checks Ss’ answers and then introduces the new lesson.

New lesson:
Activity 1:
- T asks Ss to look at the picture and answer the question.
- Ss give their answers; then T checks them.
- T plays the tape twice; and teaches some new words and the structures.
- T asks Ss to repeat new words in chorally and individually; then write them on their notebooks.
- T plays the tape again; then asks Ss to practice the passage in silence.
- T calls on some Ss to practice reading the passage in front of the class.
- T corrects their mistakes in pronunciation.
- T asks Ss to read through the passage and answer the questions with a partner.
- After 3 minutes, T calls on some Ss to give their answers and illustrations in the passage; then T asks Ss to write their answers on the board.
- T checks and corrects their mistakes.















Activity 2:
T explains the exercise B.2.
T asks Ss to look at the pictures and give the differences in each picture.
T calls on a St to talk about the differences.
T plays the tape twice and asks Ss to find the right picture.
Ss give the answer and T plays the tape again and checks Ss’ answers.
Then T asks Ss to look at the right pictures and describe Ba’s house, Lan’s house and Tuan’s house.
T calls on some Ss to write descriptions on the board; then T corrects their mistakes.
T asks Ss to write about three houses in their exercise books.
