    I. Aim:
    By the end of the lesson, students will be able to greet people and requainted with the others, and introduce themselves. Students practice listening and speaking skills.
    II. Language contents:
    * Grammar: Present simple tense
    - My name is……………..
    - I am………………
    - How are you?
    - I’m fine thanks
    *Vocabulary:(New)
    to be, thanks, hello, I, my, name, one, two, three, four, five
    III. Techniques:
    Ask and answer,
    Rub out and remember,
    IV. Teaching aids:
    Pictures, speaker, paper flowers
    V. Procedures:

    Teacher’s and students’ activities:

    -Teacher asks students some questions
    -Students answer the teacher’s answers


    -Teacher introduces the content of the new lesson


    -Teacher reads them and students repeat them after the teacher

    -Teacher checks students’ grasping the words by using a game “ rub out and remember”






    -Teacher guides students to ways of introducing oneself.

    -Teacher asks students to role and greet with “Hello”, “Hi”.
    -Students practice in pairs.
    -Teacher corrects their pronunciations

    -Teacher asks students to introduce their names in front of the class.
    -Teacher corrects (any if).
    -Then teacher asks students to practice greeting and saying the name with their partners

    -Teacher asks students to complete the words given.

    -Students work in groups.

    -Call each group to give their answers.

    -Teacher corrects and give the correct answers.


    -Teacher guides students to learn lesson at home and prepare the new lesson.
    - Students listen and take notes.
